Losing Weight Easily by Goal Setting

 Below I will explain the simple steps you need to take to lose weight. The method is easy and simple, and best of all, it works! Please please please try it. If you really want to get slimmer, fitter and healthier follow my advice below.

If you follow these steps you WILL lose weight.

(1) Decide how much weight you want to lose, and how long you will take to achieve this goal. For example “20lbs in 2 months”

(2) Take a piece of paper and a pen and write the following note to yourself:

    I will lose xxlbs by dd/mm/yy. I will do this by treating my body right and taking action to lose weight. When I am slimmer I will feel healthier and more confident and my life will improve. I am doing this for me.

(3) Read this piece of paper out loud 10 times. Keep it somewhere handy so you can easily find it later.

(4) From today onwards take out your piece of paper and read it before you go to bed each night and first thing when you wake up in the morning. Don’t just read it robotically, REALLY read it and think about what you’re saying.

Now try and think about your goal of losing weight as often as you can. Most  importantly make sure you are VISUALISING what you will look and feel like when you achieve your aim.

Training your mind is key to any weightloss. Please read the (4) steps again, carefully until you fully understand them. Please also understand WHY you are doing this. Here’s the reason: Because it works. Setting a clearly defined goal and visualising it WORKS.

Last of all you need to decide what method you will use to lose weight. Will you go on a diet? Will you increase the amount of exercise you do? Will you eat more healthily? Will you follow a specific program?

The best thing you can do is follow a program and STICK TO IT.
